Unit 01_ Chimera Project

After I have visited the Natural History Museum, I could design my own chimera. It has been combined with Piranha and Blue squirrel.

To create new chimera by observing the animals' appearance and structure was not easy but interesting for me. Then, I would make the drawing as if it were real, so, I scanned and printed the drawing of it on the packaging paper to be seem like a medieval zoological dictionary .

After the chimera exhibition on 16th October, I think it is successful because someone said that my drawing seems like an old picture of an animal in reality as I wanted. Also, I could appreciate other's drawings of the chimera and their creativity.

They made the chimera which look like the monster in the movie or mythological animals and their creativity but also skills of drawing and modeling is very good. Especially the first one shows the professionalism that is required for this course and it had vividness by having the actual size gap between the human male on below.
