Unit02_Reference: Hannibal Lecter

He is the main character in the American drama <Hannibal> and plays an important role in the famous film <The Silence of the Lambs>.

His profession is a doctor and a psychologist and the only thing unusual about him is that he cooks and eats the people he killed.

  For this project, I had to refer to the dishes in <Hannibal> drama. In order to hide that he eats human's meat, he should use other ingredients such as various vegetable and seafood with it and make them as sausage or hamburger steak. So, his cook in this drama have been good references for the project because it didn't stop at just being a dish that was simply grilled or eaten raw.

His most impressive dishes were Kaiseki's Mucozuke and Striploin, so I took them as a reference and made some changes to come up with the idea of tongue clams and liver steak.
